Welcome to ASPIE
ASPIE is a social self-help and motivation group for adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (Aspies). We provide a centre in Worcester where Aspies feel welcome and accepted.
People with Asperger’s find it difficult to find likeminded people with whom to talk or take part in activities of mutual interest. Recognising this, ASPIE was founded in 2011 by Sarah Micklewright whose vision provides an Intelligence of Aspies with a special place of their own.
We invite and encourage members to engage in various discussions, games, workshops, quizzes and other activities, though we pride ourselves on not pressuring members to do so and have ample room for members to simply chill if that’s more your style.
When: 1pm to 9pm, every Wednesday of the year and also every Saturday from 1pm to 5pm but suspended until lockdown lifted.
Where: 26 Sansome Walk, Worcester, WR1 1LX.
Price: £3 per visit towards the upkeep of ASPIE.
